Marubeni Corporation, a leading Japanese multinational investment company, has joined a large-scale residential real estate development project in Pune, Maharashtra. The project is being developed by Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. at Life Republic Township near Hinjawadi, one of Pune’s fastest-growing IT corridors.

Marubeni will participate in this project as a financial investor by subscribing to non-convertible debentures issued by Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. This marks Marubeni’s fifth real estate investment project in India, highlighting strong global confidence in Pune’s residential real estate market.

The project is a key part of the Life Republic integrated township and will include approximately 900 residential units spread across four residential towers, along with planned commercial facilities, educational institutions, and green spaces.
