While month-on-month (MoM) registrations dipped 6%, stamp duty revenue actually grew 0.7%.
On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, Pune achieved the highest property registrations and stamp duty collections in the last four years, indicating strong fundamentals and sustainable growth.

Homes priced up to ₹1 crore continued to dominate with 85% market share, showing steady demand in the mid and affordable segments. Premium homes above ₹1 crore held a 15% share, maintaining their position in the city’s portfolio.

Area-Wise Market Split

Central Pune, covering PMC, PCMC, and Haveli Taluka, contributed 64% of transactions in October 2025.
West Pune (Mawal, Mulshi, Velhe) came second with 14% share, while North, South, and East Pune collectively contributed 22%.
This distribution indicates emerging homebuyer interest in newer suburban zones.
