About Founder & MD - Akash Chouksey
I’m Akash Chouksey, Founder and MD of Annpurna Realty, with a professional journey across banking, finance, sales, and real estate. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on building trust, providing value, and guiding clients through one of life’s most important decisions — buying property. Before founding Annpurna Realty in 2024, I worked with leading real estate firms like Kaycomm Reality LLP and INSTA Property Pvt. Ltd., gaining deep insights into the Pune real estate market. My background in finance and sales sharpened my skills in client relationship management, sales leadership, and financial advisory, all of which now form the foundation of our client-first approach. I started Annpurna Realty to simplify the property-buying process. I wanted a platform where clients could invest in residential and commercial properties with confidence, free from hidden fees and unnecessary brokerage. For me, trust and transparency are everything.
